Is our credit card charged when we make reservations?
A credit card number will be required to guarantee your reservation. However, your credit card will not be charged until your arrival at the hotel on your check-in day. In the event that you would not show up and you did not cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance, your card may be charged for a one day stay.
How does the FREE shuttle service to the attractions work?
We offer FREE scheduled transportation to the Disney parks, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure. Departure and return times very depending on the time of year. You will receive a shuttle schedule at time of check-in. If you are staying as part of a group, please call ahead to make arrangements for your group (800.638.7829 ext. 2).
Are tickets available at the hotel for the area attractions?
Our Guest Services desk in the hotel lobby is your source for all area attraction tickets, dinner show reservations, transportation (taxis, shuttles, rental cars), casino cruises and more. For more information, please contact Guest Services at 800.638.7829 ext. 7 (local 407.396.4500 ext. 7).
Does the hotel have laundry facilities?
There are coin-operated laundry facilities in multipule locations on our property. When checking in, please ask the front desk for the laundry room closest to your room. Valet laundry service is also available at the front desk.
Is parking available at the property?
The hotel has FREE parking onsite. You will be issued a parking pass for your vehicle at check-in which should be hung on your mirror or displayed on the dash throughout your stay.
How can we check e-mail while we are on vacation?
FREE wireless Internet access is available. All room phones are equipt with a data port if your computer does not have wi-fi capability. We also have two Internet kiosks in our main lobby.
Does the property have cribs or rollaways?
Cribs are available on a first-come-first-serve basis at no charge. Many of our rooms have sleeper sofas and rollaways are not necessary. For non-sleeper sofa rooms, a limited number of rollaways are available.
